STEP 1. Start by having a conversation with a Real Estate Professional.

STEP 2. Meet with your Lender to explore the necessary steps to qualify for a mortgage.

STEP 3. With a Pre-approval Letter from your lender, we can start to discuss the features that you are looking for in a home.

STEP 4.  Time to go tour some properties.

STEP 5. So you found the one, now we will start negotiating with the seller(s) and will prepare an offer.

STEP 6. Your offer has been ratified. Now, let us submit the Loan Application, we will schedule the Home Inspection, and your lender will order an Appraisal (additional inspections may be necessary).

STEP 7. Additional negotiation may take place based on the Home Inspection and Appraisal.

STEP 8. Review the Closing Disclosure (CD) provided by your Lender.

STEP 9. The final walk-through.

STEP 10. Congratulations! It is the settlement day.
